Eric Carle is widely known for his painted tissue collage style, but he also found inspiration in the simple act of doodling. Inspired by some of the artist’s classic doodles featuring The Very Hungry Caterpillar and friends, StyleWorks developed a licensing style guide that reimagined the classic pieces with a retro color palette perfect for product applications.
Eric Carle once said, “It all starts with an idea, one’s imagination, a spark!”
And in this case, it all starts with a doodle!
