What is KOKO? KOKO redefines fun, function and fashion in the products women use everyday. That's the new brand positioning message we developed for Jam Brands, KOKO's licensing agent and brand owner. Their first product, from 2001, was an innovative, thermally-lined lunch bag featuring fashion prints. With a licensing plan in hand, the brand owner charged us with developing a vision for KOKO's future. We defined their equities, values, and product differentiation, then created a unified montage of potential future products in targeted categories: accessories, housewares, and home décor. The final presentation was both a cohesive brand positioning piece as well as a future product look book for retailers and licensees.
